Here is the west coast of the United States.
You can see Mexico at the bottom, then up to California, Oregon, then Washington state, and Canada at the top.
San Diego is at the very bottom of California.
As you can see, San Diego borders on Mexico. You can actually walk from San Diego to Tijuana, Mexico. San Diego is about 2 hours drive to Los Angeles...Disneyland, Hollywood, Beverly Hills 90210. Its about a 5 hour drive to Las Vegas right out across the desert. In the winter, snow skiing is only a few hours away. And some of the best beaches in the United States (outside Hawaii) are in San Diego.
